The flip side: Some people are so lured by the stimulation from caffeine that they might overdo it.
If you’re one of those people who drinks 4 to 5 cups of coffee to get through the day, then you should look for an alternative pick-me-up. I tell my clients to try lunges in the mornings. They open up your lungs and get the blood flowing naturally. This is also a great exercise that targets the glutes and hamstrings. The next time you know you’re going to have one of those ‘five cup days,’ try this simple but effective morning workout.
